If you can't do push ups... you need to try this challenge! I am totally amazed by it! This program is supposed to train you to do 100 consecutive push ups in six weeks. Four weeks ago I decided to give it a try.
Day one, you see how many push ups you can do to see where to start in the program.
I maxed out at 24 push ups before I just couldn't move anymore. I started in week 2 of the program. Three days a week I stuck with it, gradually adding more and more each day. With one more week to go, today was my week 5 exhaustion test to see how I have progressed. I was able to do 76 before collapsing to the ground... I got back up and made it to 91 before falling again... I gave it one last push and made it to 100! I know that probably doesn't count for "consecutive"... but in 4 weeks time, that is just awesome!
Other challenges are the 200 Sit Ups (I'm on week 4), 200 squats and 25 pullups. I'll give these a try next...
